Minister awards Afghan president clogs

Defence minister Henk Kamp has been award the highest possible Afghan medal by Afghan president Hamid Karzai. The medal is in recognition of the Dutch army's role in rebuilding the province of Uruzgan. Kamp, in turn, gave the president a pair of bright yellow clogs, ANP reported.
