Minister awards Afghan president clogsTuesday 13 February 2007 Defence minister Henk Kamp has been award the highest possible Afghan medal by Afghan president Hamid Karzai. The medal is in recognition of the Dutch army's role in rebuilding the province of Uruzgan.
