Dutch marijuana growers move to Belgium

Belgian police discovered 241 marijuana plantations last year, compared with just 50 in 2004. Most of the growers were Dutch, a police spokesman told newspaper De Morgen. In particular, the area south of Breda was being used for 'large-scale and hyper-professional plantations,' the paper reported.
