    assessment for migrating customers

UTRECHT, Netherlands–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Unit4, an ERP leader dedicated to people experience, announced today a
new fixed
price cloud migration
offering to simplify the migration process for
customers. Migrating customers will benefit from a cloud journey that is
fast, smooth and completely transparent, at a low fixed upfront fee.

The new offering supports Unit4’s commitment to enable people to work
smarter, more simply and more collaboratively, resulting in a better
work experience. Its modern ERP and enterprise applications are designed
specifically for people-led organizations, delivering the tools and
technologies that support the way people want to work. The cloud
migration offering includes an assessment to evaluate the customer’s
needs and provides full transparency into their current solution
environment, to identify things like unique customizations and
interfaces with other systems. Based on the assessment, Unit4 will map
out a cloud migration journey and provide a fixed price for the duration
of the migration process.

Unit4 is offering four migration packages with a fixed fee and committed
timeline.

  • Small – fixed price of $17,250 USD and commitment to complete in 20
    working days.
  • Medium – fixed price of $40,000 USD and commitment to complete in 40
    working days.
  • Large – fixed price of $86,000 USD and commitment to complete in 75
    working days.
  • Enterprise – a tailored price based on the assessment.

Unit4 wants customers to benefit from state-of-the-art innovations and a
new people experience enabled by its People Platform and cloud agility.
This includes conversational and self-driving user experience, an
extensible microservices architecture, and built-in Artificial
Intelligence and Machine Learning. Using ERP built specifically for
people centric organizations, people can be more successful, focusing on
work that delivers real outcomes and satisfaction, not on technology.
Customers will also benefit from state-of-the-art flexibility and
security in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, offering one of the
most comprehensive sets of certifications by a cloud service provider.

“Our customers differentiate themselves through their people and the
services they offer. Moving to the cloud and our People Platform will
bring them massive advantages and access to new technology that improves
the people experience and enables competitiveness,” said Mike Ettling,
CEO of Unit4. “Our fixed-price cloud migration will help them get faster
time to value, cut costs, and quickly derive benefits from running their
solution in the cloud with minimal risk. It’s an extremely competitive
offering. We’ve established a team of cloud migration experts to deliver
clear onboarding plans and a transparent journey overview throughout.
There will be no surprises for customers.”
