Tiësto and Martin Garrix fly Dutch flag in Forbes’ electronic cash kings list

Dutch dj Tiësto is second in Forbes‘ list of the top 10 electronic ‘cash kings’ in the world with estimated earnings of $39m over the past year.

‘Tiësto, the 48-year-old Dutch DJ who has finished in the top three every year in the Electronic Cash Kings list’s existence, continues to outpace EDM stars half his age,’ Forbes said.

Tiësto played 134 dates around the world during the scoring period, which takes into account earnings from June 2016 to June 2017. Scotsman Calvin Harris tops the list with estimated earnings of $48.5m and The Chainsmokers follow close behind Tiësto with $38m.

The other Dutchman in the list is Martin Garrix in 9th place who is just 21and the youngest in the top 10. He had estimated earnings of $19.5m.
