Cabinet popularity continues to decline, PVV is biggest party

Geert Wilders’ anti-immigration PVV has overtaken the ruling VVD Liberals and PvdA Labour party in the polls, according to a new survey by pollster Maurice de Hond.

De Hond’s poll says the PVV would win 24 out of 150 seats if there were a general election tomorrow. The PvdA is on 23 seats and the VVD and Socialists are both on 22.
Support for the ruling coalition has gone down steadily since the September election and the row over changes to health insurance, which have since been dropped.
