Gay rights lobby group COC has demanded Ajax trainer Frank de Boer apologise for comments he made about gay sportsmen to broadcaster BNN.
In a short interview, De Boer suggests one reason there are few gay men in professional football is because they tend to have different motor skills to straight men.
The COC says De Boer’s comments reinforce preconceptions and suggest gay men have no place in professional football.
