Thieves have stolen two 100kg bronze bells from a church in Apeldoorn, news agency ANP reports on Wednesday.
The bells were hanging at a height of six metres from the ground and were taken at some point on Tuesday night, police said.
Last week thieves made off with 11 17kg bells from a carillon in a church in nearby Twello.
Collectors and scrap metal merchants have been asked to keep an eye out for the bells which police suspect may have been taken by metal thieves.
