Dutch graffiti artist arrested in New York

US justice officials have issued an arrest warrant for Dutch resident Robbert Boxem who went to New York as a ‘graffiti tourist’, the International Herald Tribune reports.

The paper says the 23-year-old from Zwolle could get up to four years in prison if convicted. He has been indicted on charges of spray-painting a subway carriage and leading police on a dangerous chase along the tracks.
The warrant was issued on Thursday after he failed to turn up in court, the paper says.
