Ordina issues profit warning
Computer software company Ordina on Friday issued a profit warning that operational profit in 2011 will be €16m. In 2010 it booked operational profit of €18.1m.
Ordina also says it will strengthening its capital structure by issuing shares to the value of €40m. The income will be used to pay off outstanding loans.
