ING finalises Car Lease sale
ING has finalised the sale of ING Car Lease to German car-maker BMW, the banking group said on Friday.
The deal gives ING a profit of €365m and releases €555m in capital.
The sale is part of ING’s continued actions to streamline its business and concentrate on banking and insurance.
