Les Troyens

Berlioz's grand opera about the Trojan wars, for which he based his libretto on Virgil, was written as two parts - The Capture of Troy and The Trojans in Carthage - but is performed as one. Pierre Audi is the director and John Nelson the conductor. Among the singers is the soprano Eva Maria Westbroek.

Muziektheater, Amsterdam, April 4 to May 2.
