Dutch chef 'best' in Europe

Chef Toine Smulders of restaurant Villa Copera in Tolkamer in Gelderland has been named Europe's best chef, ANP news service reports on Monday.
Smulders received the title in Budapest during a competition run by the international umbrella organisation for chefs. Smulders will now represent Europe at the world championships in May 2008 in Dubai.
