PSV and Feyenoord progress to Europa League group phase
PSV Eindhoven and Rotterdam club Feyenoord will take part in the group phase of the Europa League after winning their final qualifying matches on Thursday evening.
PSV eliminated Belarus side Shakhtyor after a 0-2 win. Feyenoord beat Ukraine’s Zorya 4-3 at home.
FC Twente and PEC Zwolle are both out of the competition. Zwolle lost 3-1 to Sparta of Prague. FC Twente drew 1-1 at home against Qarabag of Azerbaijan and are out on aggregate.
The draw for the group phase takes place on Friday afternoon.
