Dick Advocaat takes over at Alkmaar football club AZ
Dick Advocaat has been appointed the new coach of Alkmaar football club AZ. Advocaat succeeds Gertjan Verbeek who was sacked at the end of September.
Former Oranje coach Advocaat has signed up until the end of the season. He previously coached AZ in 2009-2010 when he replaced Ronald Koeman who was also sacked.
