Higher car park fees for big cars could be on their way
The owners of large SUVs may soon have to pay more to park their cars, the Volkskrant reports on Friday.
Technology firm TKH is to start experimenting this summer with a system based on cameras which monitor size with number plate recognition, the paper says.
This will allow car park owners to differentiate between the size of vehicles and charge the drivers of big cars more money.
