Ajax draws Man City, Real Madrid in Champions League group round
Amsterdam football club Ajax will meet Real Madrid, Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund in the group round of this year’s Champions League competition.
It is the third year in a row Ajax will have met Real Madrid in the group phase. The Telegraaf described Ajax’ Group D draw as a ‘disaster’.
The first matches take place on September 18 and 19.
