Zeeland to tempt tourists with free wifi

Zeeland province is pressing ahead with plans to set up free wifi services for tourists at at least 80 locations, news agency ANP said on Friday.

The network is being developed by the southern province, local tourist boards and the Zeeland cable company Delta and will formally be launched next week.
A Delta spokesman told ANP it is not yet clear how many free wifi stations will be established because many local authorities still have to approve the plans.
Zeeland’s tourist attractions include the Delta Works water management scheme, the town of Middelburg, its beaches and wildlife.
