PSV assured of Europa League next stage, AZ needs a win
PSV Eindhoven made sure of their top place in Group C with a 0-3 win over Legia Warsaw in Wednesday night’s Europa League action.
But a 0-0 draw against Malmo of Sweden leaves AZ Alkmaar needing a win in the final group match to qualify for the knock-out stage.
FC Twente, the third Dutch club in the competition, takes on Fulham on Thursday night. Group leader Twente is three points clear of the English club.
