PVV fails to keep professor off High Court panel
Radboud University law professor Ybo Buruma has been appointed to the High Court, despite protests by the anti-Islam PVV.
The PVV opposed the appointment – which is voted on in parliament – because Buruma had compared party leader Geert Wilders to Italian dictator Mussolini.
