Steve McClaren is leaving Dutch league champions FC Twente for German side Wolfsburg after two successful seasons with the Enschede club.

‘I have had two fantastic years in Twente and it has ended fantastically as well,’ McClaren said in local paper TC Tubantia. ‘I promised my wife and children I would be away for a maximum of two years. We are now all going to live together in Germany.’
Assistant coach Kees van Wonderen is also quitting the club and looking for a new job at his own request, Nos tv reports.
