Dutch households had a combined €3bn less to spend in the third quarter of 2009, the equivalent of a 3.3% cut in disposable income, according to new figures from the national statistics office CBS.


Pension premiums were up, investors had smaller incomes from dividends and the self employed earned less in the third quarter, the CBS said.
