Thirteen new Michelin star restaurantsTuesday 24 November 2009 The Netherlands has 13 new one Michelin star restaurants and one new two-star establishment in the latest edition of the restaurant guide. Three restaurants have lost their single stars. Chef Michel Kagenaar of the In de'n Dillegaard restaurant in Nuth handed his back publicly at the beginning of this year.
