One woman in nine says she was raped

One out of every nine women in the Netherlands claims to have been raped, usually by a partner or ex-partner, according to new research by the Rutgers Nisso Groep, which advises on sexual health.

Rutgers Nisso questioned 6,428 men and women aged 15 to 70 for the survey, says Nos tv.
One in three women say they have suffered sex-related violence, ranging from unwanted touching to rape. One in 20 men report the same thing.
The report also shows one in six women got pregnant without meaning to and 8% have had an abortion.
