House prices were down 3.7% in June compared with June 2008, the fifth month in a row that prices have fallen, the national statistics office CBS said on Tuesday.

House prices fell across the board, with detached homes the hardest hit.
The number of houses changing hands in June was nearly 37% down on a year ago. Month on month the decline in transactions was 3.5%.
