Man jailed for killing traffic regulator

A 26-year-old man has been sentenced to four years in jail for driving at a traffic regulator outside the Ikea furniture store in Amsterdam last year and killing him.


The sentence, which includes one year suspended imprisonment, is in line with public prosecution department demands. The man’s driving licence has also been suspended for five years.
