13-year-old arrested in jeweller shooting

A 13-year-old boy is one of four people arrested in connection with the shooting of a jewelry shop assistant in Almere on Thursday afternoon.
The shop worker was shot in the stomach during the robbery and needed an emergency operation.
Three of those arrested, aged 21 and 22, were arrested when police arrived at the scene. The boy was picked up later on the basis of witness statements, news agency ANP reports.

Shocking to read that such a young boy involved. Where were his parents? They should be charged for neglecting their parental responsiblities!
