Anti-immigration MP Geert Wilders has formed links with far right politicians in the US, Britain, Italy and Denmark, the Pers newspaper reports on Monday.

In particular, Wilders has a ‘fruitful relationship’ with Denmark’s nationalist People’s Party and has ties to conservative Republican congresswoman Sue Myrick, the paper says.
In Britain, his main contact is Gerard Batten, one of the founders of the anti-EU UK Independence party.
Wilders will announce next week whether or not his PVV party will contest this year’s European elections.
