British trade mission heads for Holland

A trade mission by Northern Ireland to the Netherlands in early February is Britain’s largest ever to a European market, reports the BBC on Friday.

Business minister Arlene Foster will head the delegation, the BBC says.
‘The Netherlands is now the fourth most important European market for our manufacturers after the Republic [of Ireland], Germany and France,’ Foster is reported as saying by the BBC.
‘Customers in the Netherlands purchased goods worth £155m in 2007/8, which is 10% of our total exports to markets on the continent,’ she says.
