Controversial remark costs Dig Istha his job

The comment that minister Ella Vogelaar 'has assembled a clique of women around her' has cost media strategist Dig Istha his job as director of the environment and planning ministry (VROM).
Vogelaar and her environment minister colleague Jacqueline Cramer were not amused by the remark in Saturday’s Telegraaf.
Acccording to the media, Istha, who took up the post in April 2008, has never got on with Vogelaar. He leaves the job at the end of the year.
