The appeal court in Arnhem on Tuesday gave a Belgian man the right to visit his biological child who was bought by a Dutch couple three years ago.


Baby Donna was born to a surrogate mother, who then told the biological father she had miscarried and sold the baby to the Dutch couple. The father had demanded Donna be returned to him but the court said there was no reason to take the baby from her Dutch adoptive parents.
