Stop radical green subsidies, says CDA

The government should stop giving subsidies to fanatical environmental organisations via the postcode lottery, say Christian Democrat MPs, the Telegraaf reports on Tuesday.

The paper says MPs will use Wednesday’s debate on the economic affairs ministry budget to call for an end to subsidies to groups that ‘break the law or call into question democratic decisions taken by the government,’ the paper says.
Last year over €90m earned by postcode lottery ticket sales went to organisations such as Greenpeace, the Telegraaf says.
