Inflation falls slightly in September

Inflation fell slightly in September, national statistics agency CBS said on Thursday afternoon. The consumer price index was down to 3.1% from 3.2% in August.

The fall was mainly attributable to lower petrol and diesel prices and a fall in the price of air tickets.
The Netherlands still has the lowest rate of inflation in the Eurozone.
