Canadian veteran letter finally delivered
A letter from a Canadian soldier to thank The Hague for awarding him a medal for his role in liberating the Netherlands in 1945 has finally been delivered to city officials, 61 years after it was written.
The granddaughter of the late E. Cullum found the letter, unposted, after his death.
