Second patient dies at psychiatric clinic

A second patient died in the Amsterdam psychiatric clinic which was shut down on Monday after a schizophrenic man choked to death, mental health chief Jeroen Muller told a tv show on Monday night.

The second patient was a woman who committed suicide, he said.
