KLM under fire over New Zealand tickets

Hundreds of angry New Zealanders have complained to the country's commerce commission after airline Dutch airline KLM cancelled bargain plane tickets to Europe, according to the New Zealand media.
The fares, for as little as NZ$50 one-way excluding taxes, were advertised on KLM's website last week.
But passengers who booked the flights were told later that the fares were a mistake and their payment would be refunded.

My family and I have had our tickets cancelled. We are disgusted with KLM disregard for consumer law. The NZ media has been running this story on all TV stations and print media as KLM will not even enter into dialogue with the affected parties. Their reputation in NZ has been severly damaged and will continue to be damaged untill they honour these tickets.
