Smoking should be banned on Dutch school playgrounds, two lung surgeons say in Monday’s Telegraaf.

Most people start smoking between the ages of 12 and 15 and teenage brains are particularly susceptible to addiction, so its is only logical that smoking is banned at school, say Pauline Dekker and Wanda de Kanter.
