KPN sells Getronic’s North American units
Telecom firm KPN has sold the North American activities of computer systems company Getronics to US firm CompuCom. No financial details were disclosed.
The sale is part of group strategy to focus on Germany and the Benelux, a KPN spokesman said. KPN, which bought Getronics last year, has a minority stake in CompuCom.
