Decoy truck catches 28 thieves
A decoy truck which police left in car parks and lay-bys in November as bait for thieves has led to 28 arrests, news agency ANP reports.
On Friday morning, three men were arrested after they tried to take the truck’s load of flat-screen tvs. The truck was broken into in half of the locations it was parked.
