The public prosecution department has made three more arrests and raided ten homes in connection with a major investigation into property fraud, reports the Financieele Dagblad on Wednesday.

The fraud centres on the Bouwfonds property development group and Philips’ pension fund. Former Bouwfonds director Jan van V, who was arrested in February, is still in custody, says the paper.
