DigiD is easily forgotten

Some 600,000 people lost their digital signature code or DigiD last year and were forced to ask for a new one in order to ‘sign’ their electronic tax return, the AD reported on Friday.


Some 6.8 million people now have a digital signature, which is accepted by the donor registration service, unemployment benefit office and student loan service as well as the tax office.
