Three time winners of best farmer’s cheese

Sjanita and Adrie de Vos from the Groningen village of Blijham have won the Jan den Besten award for the best farmers cheese (boerenkaas) in the Netherlands for the third time.

The couple also won in 2003 and 2006. Coming in second by just 1.5 points was the Speksnijder family from Lekkerkerk.
