Primary schools invest in bonds
Monday 03 March 2008
Some 25% of the country's primary and special education school boards invest money on the stock exchange, largely in bonds, the national statistics office CBS said on Monday.
In total, schools have some €500m in investments – but 40 schools are responsible for half the total investment, the CBS said.
Investments only form 12% of primary school assets, the CBS said.
