Rotterdam police to use Zeppelins

Police in the Rotterdam Rijnmond region are to experiment with Zeppelin aircraft equipped with cameras to monitor crowds at events such as football matches.

They will also test using these aircraft to spot marijuana plantations and to track suspects, the Volkskrant reports on Friday.
The police think the Zeppelins will be less noisy and cause less pollution than helicopters.
