Man sets fire to himself in town hall
A man has been taken to hospital with severe burns after setting fire to himself at the town hall in the village of Haren in Groningen on Thursday morning.
Police told ANP news service that it is unclear whether the incident was a cry for help or the man, believed to be an asylum-seeker, was trying to commit suicide.
