Royals in court over paedophile website

Members of the royal family will this morning ask Amsterdam district court to grant an injunction against paedophile website Martijn for refusing to remove photographs of their children from discussion forums.

The family’s lawyer says the move is also aimed at encouraging other parents to take action against the site.
On Friday it emerged that the website was carrying photographs of princess Máxima and crown prince Willem Alexander’s oldest daughter princess Amalia, as well as other royal children.
While photographs on the public part of the site were removed, the Martijn foundation refused to act against the membership-only forums.
