Spyker deal on Formula 1 sale

Troubled luxury car maker Spyker has reached a deal to sell its Formula 1 racing team to the family of its former chairman Michiel Mol and the Indian businessman Vijay Mallya.

Spyker bought the team last year for almost €78m and is selling it on for €88m.
Shareholders will vote on the deal on September 27. The cash will go to pay debts.
