Justice department given deadline
The justice ministry has been given until December 1 to find a place in a psychiatric prison for a man who has been waiting in jail for 20 months.
The man was sentenced to one month in jail followed by compulsory psychiatric prison two yeas ago. ‘It is as if he has been forgotten,’ his lawyer told the court.
