Feyenoord still top soccer league

Rotterdam’s Feyenoord remains top of the Dutch football premier league after winning their game against Roda JC 3-1 on Sunday. Feyenoord heads the league with 12 points after the first four competition matches this season.


PSV and Ajax are two points behind. PSV beat Vitesse of Arnhem 1-0 and the Amsterdam team had a difficult victory over Almelo’s Heracles with Klaas-Jan Huntelaar scoring the only goal.
Feyenoord is already five points ahead of Alkmaar’s AZ which is currently the league’s number three. The Akmaar side drew 2-2 against Rotterdam’s Sparta at the weekend.
