KPMG NL to merge with UK, Germany
The Dutch arm of accountancy group KPMG is to merge with its British and German counterparts to form KPMG Europe, the Financieele Dagblad reported on Wednesday.
The new organisation, whose headquarters will be in Frankfurt, will have a combined turnover of over €3bn and a workforce of 17,000. The KPMG Dutch operation has 22 offices and over 3,000 employees.
