Dutch among World Press Photo winners
American photographer Spencer Platt has won the 50th World Press Photo award with a photograph of young Lebanese in a sports car on the first day of the ceasefire between the Israelis and Hezbollah last August, the Amsterdam-based organisation said on Friday.
Dutch photographers Peter Schols (French footballer Zidane) and Jereon Oerlemans (dead baby in Lebanon) were among other winners.
